>>Returns within 15 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the Original Packaging. Simply contact sales@gloryfire.com with your order number and Product Photos. 

We will reply within 24 or 48 hours, and if it is possible to return the goods, we will give you the return process and address in the email

Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded.

>>Products arrives damaged or incomplete

Returns within 7 days

If you notice your product was delivered damaged or incomplete, you can request a return, exchange or repair within 7 days by contacting  sales@gloryfire.com with your order number, video or picture proof of the damage and two express lists.

If it is a product quality problem, the postage will be refunded.

We will reply within 24 or 48 hours, and if it is possible to return the goods, we will give you the return process and address in the email

>>Products with quality problems or non-human caused problems

Returns within 30 Days

We will provide quality warranty service if there are any quality problems or non-human caused problems. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days by contacting sales@gloryfire.com with your order number, video or picture proof of the damage and two express lists. Warranty time starts from the time when you receive the products. Please note that any overdue requests will not be accepted.

  • For an exchange, you will not be charged any additional delivery, shipping or service fees. Depending on the new item’s price difference, you’ll receive a credit or charge to the credit card used to purchase the original product.
  • For a return, you will receive a product refund, but delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please contact us to discuss the nature of the damage and confirm that you qualify for the product refund.

>>Returns for any other reasons

If you're not happy with your product for any other reason, you have up to 30 days to request a return. An additional restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be applied. Original delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please contact sales@gloryfire.com for resolution.

>>Returns after 30 Days

If the 30-day returns window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us to request and schedule repair services. Fees may apply.

What to expect

Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately some days to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at sales@gloryfire.com with your order number .

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.

What is the policy with canceling orders?
1. Most orders ship within 1-2 days, so please email us at sales@gloryfire.com within 12 hours of placing the order and before 12 pm PST. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled prior to shipment.
2. If 12 hours or more have passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, GloryFire will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
