Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new gear purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your order due to customer regret, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

Return Process

  1. Please contact Customer Service at support@gloryfire.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will respond within 24-48 hours. If an item is undelivered or arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 working days to submit a claim for an RMA. We require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return, replacement, or refund.

Please provide the following information in the email:

a. Order number
b. The SKU of the products that need to be returned or exchanged
c. Evidence pictures to show faulty items

  1. Prepare the shipping label. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Print your shipping labels or ask the carrier location for assistance. For damaged or defective products, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and in its original condition. Include all accessories, instructions, and any included parts in the return package.

  3. Ship the return package back to our designated return address. Once it ships, please contact us at support@gloryfire.com and provide us with the tracking number. We will track the process and issue the refund to your original payment method after receiving the package.

Return Conditions

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all accessories, instructions, and any included parts are returned as well. We reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee if the returned item is damaged, used, or incomplete.
  2. If the 30-day returns window has passed and your product is still under warranty, you can call us to request and schedule repair services. Fees may apply.

Return Shipping

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product. For returns due to customer regret, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a reputable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the return shipment. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.
  2. If you're unsatisfied with your product for any other reason, you have up to 30 days to request a return. A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be applied if no quality issues are involved. Original delivery, shipping, and service fees will not be refunded. Please contact support@gloryfire.com for resolution.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, excluding any return shipping costs. Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund request to be completed. Some financial institutions may take an additional 5-7 business days to return the funds to your account(s), depending on the nature of the financial institution and the original form of payment.
  • If you haven't received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at support@gloryfire.com with your order number.

Please note, products in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from GloryFire.
  • Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that appears tampered with or altered in any way.
  • Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.
  • Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned).
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page.
  • Items you have already used.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.

The Policy of Order Cancellation

  1. Most orders ship within 1-2 days, so please email us at support@gloryfire.com within 12 hours of placing the order and before 12 pm PST. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled prior to shipment.
  2. If 12 hours or more have passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, GloryFire will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
